Mr. Robby Pond

Mr. Robby, our energetic Lead Instructor at KC's Family Tae Kwon Do, proudly holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is preparing for his 4th Degree. His commitment to excellence is further highlighted by his recent instructor training at the Hyper Pro Training Center in Huntington Beach, CA, under the guidance of the renowned instructor Roland Osborne. Here, Robby is also pursuing his 1st Level Black Belt, deepening his expertise. Known for his exceptional ability to mentor young kids, teenagers and adults alike, he emphasizes character development alongside martial arts skills for all stages of our lives. As a standout member of KC’s X-Team, Robby's precise Sword skills in forms and performance are highly regarded. His dedication to continuous improvement through regular training and seminars significantly enhances the learning environment, earning him respect from both peers and students.

My daughter has been going to KC's for a couple of years now - she started as a Little Dragon and has worked her way up to the big kid classes. All the instructors at KC's are fantastic with the kids - they are encouraging and fun while maintaining respect and discipline from the kids. They work with everyone on their level and push them without judging limitations. Their antibullying work with the kids is tremendous and they are making a difference in our children's schools and in our community. And KC's Family Tae Kwon Do is just that - a family.
